Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales of leather goods offered by the company Norditec (hereinafter "the Seller") on its website (hereinafter "the Site") to any consumer or professional (hereinafter "the Customer").
Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site.
Norditec takes great care in describing, describing, and photographing its products.
However, these elements are only indicative and do not constitute a commitment on the part of the Seller.
Products are offered subject to availability.
Article 3 – Price
The prices shown on the Site are expressed in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
They include processing and packaging fees, but do not include delivery fees, which are charged separately when the order is confirmed.
Norditec reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4 – Order
The order is validated when the Customer confirms it and proceeds to payment.
Once the payment is accepted, the Seller sends the Customer a confirmation email.
Norditec reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the Customer, suspicion of fraud or for any other legitimate reason.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online via the payment methods offered on the Site (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The order is considered final after confirmation of payment by the banking institution.
In case of payment refusal, the order is automatically cancelled.
Article 6 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Time limit
Delivery times are given as an indication only.
Norditec cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.
Reception
The Customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery. In case of damage, they must immediately notify the carrier and the Seller, with all supporting documentation (photos, description, etc.).
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.
The product must be returned new , unused , in its original packaging .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned products.
Article 8 – Returns and Guarantees
The products are covered by legal guarantees:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code)
- Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)
All requests should be addressed to Norditec's customer service department.
Article 9 – Liability
Norditec cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of:
- force majeure
- product unavailability
- disruption to transport services
- Improper use of the product by the Customer.
Article 10 – Intellectual Property
All elements appearing on the Site (photos, texts, logos, design, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Article 11 – Protection of personal data
Norditec collects and processes the Client's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data is used for order management, invoicing and customer relationship management.
The Client has a right of access, rectification, objection and deletion which can be exercised at the following address: contact@ets-lecuyer.com
Article 12 – Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
Article 13 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
